New Church Road Basement

We have basically changed the game for this property, it was suffering from lack of space and the occupiers had no option but to run the washing machine in the kitchen resulting in regular damp issues, we moved the washing machine outside to it's very own weatherproof zone along with a new Dryer, and the best thing about this move is the space that opened up under the sink. All we needed to do was some plumbing, electrical work, re-do the cabinet in the kitchen to look good and most of all make sure everything outside is completely weather proof and to be on the budget.
