Kingsway Seafront Flat

What started as a simple painting request evolved into a complete aesthetic overhaul, modernizing a seafront apartment through clever design choices and high-end finishes.

The Work Involved:

  • Interior Painting & Restoration: Full-flat repaint, including specialized restoration of kitchen cabinetry and appliance surfaces to a "like-new" finish.
  • Custom Carpentry: Replaced standard PVC window sills with hand-finished Satin Pine to provide a premium contrast against modern white blinds.
  • Electrical & Lighting Design: Upgraded all fixtures to Rounded Brushed Brass and installed integrated, color-changing LED accent lighting for modern ambiance.
  • Space Optimization: Wall-mounted entertainment systems and assembly of modular IKEA PAX storage solutions to maximize square footage.
  • Bathroom Upgrade: Installed brushed brass fixtures and heated towel rails, including specialized water-sealing treatments to ensure longevity in high-moisture areas.
